The client

ObioTrack Logistics is a nationwide delivery service provider. Individuals, retailers and businesses use it to send packages locally and across the country, with scheduled and on-demand deliveries.

The challenge

ObioTrack wanted delivery to work like ride-hailing: a customer requests a delivery, a nearby rider accepts it, and both sides — plus the operations team — can follow the job from pickup to drop-off in real time. That meant three connected products, not just a website.

What we built

An e-hailing-style delivery platform made of a customer website, two mobile apps and an admin backend, all working from the same system.

Customer website and app

  • Book a delivery in a few steps, on demand or scheduled
  • Live, map-based tracking with status alerts at every stage
  • Order history and delivery records
  • Available on the web, Android and iOS

Rider app

  • Riders receive and accept nearby delivery requests, e-hailing style
  • Turn-by-turn job flow from pickup to proof of delivery
  • Rider sign-up and onboarding as a delivery partner

Admin backend

  • See every order, customer and rider in one dashboard
  • Manage and dispatch deliveries and monitor jobs in progress
  • Approve and manage delivery partners
  • Reporting on deliveries and activity

The result

ObioTrack runs its entire delivery operation on one connected platform: customers book and track online or in the app, riders take jobs from their phones, and the team manages everything from a single backend.

Deliverables: Customer website · Customer app (Android & iOS) · Rider app · Admin backend
